I did not get the verification email.

Check your spam folder, then use “Back to sign in” and request a new link. Verification links are valid for a limited time and work once.

I forgot my password.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We send a reset link that is valid for one hour. A successful reset signs you out everywhere.

Which files can I import?

CSV, TSV, TXT, GeoJSON, JSON, Parquet, GeoPackage and SQLite, from your computer or a URL, up to 512 MiB per file by default. Shapefile archives are not supported yet.

Who can see my maps?

A map is private to you, shared with your organization, or public. Public maps open without signing in; the other two require an account in your organization.

What are the plan limits?

See the pricing page for the limits of each plan. Usage and limits are always shown under Settings → Usage.

Why does a map say tiles are unavailable?

The tile service could not be reached. The map falls back to a preview of the first 200 rows until it is back.
