What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, organization), the content you create (maps, workflows, datasets you import) and basic technical logs (IP address, browser, request times) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide and secure valueDefine, to send the emails you ask for (verification, password reset, invitations), to enforce plan limits and to fix problems. We do not sell your data.

Your data and your connections

Datasets you import and databases you connect stay yours. Connection passwords are stored on the server and are never sent back to the browser.

Sharing

Content is private unless you share it. Maps you publish as public can be opened by anyone with the link.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your organization’s content, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for preferences such as theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
